Kimberly A. Ferguson Receives the Leader in Motion Award at The BOSS Network Conference in Chicago

If you've been following my social media accounts, you know that I was headed to Chicago, Illinois this weekend to attend The Boss Network's Ladies that Lead Conference in Chicago. I was so excited to celebrate with Boss Network founder Cameka Smith, as she celebrated her network's 10th Anniversary.

One of the many highlights of my weekend at the conference was receiving the Leader in Motion Award (sponsored by The BOSS Network and Banana Republic). What an honor! Thank you to Cameka Smith, M.S.Ed., The BOSS Network, and Banana Republic for believing in K-Ferg, and for recognizing me and the work I do. And I thank Banana Republic for spoiling me on Friday.... as their stylists dressed me for the event! Other highlights included reconnecting with my fellow 2016 BOSS Influencers, hearing Tina Knowles @mstinalawson speak (Wow!) and Chante Moore sing, and of course, celebrating a true BOSS, Cameka Smith and The BOSS Network!
