About Kimberly A. Ferguson

Kimberly A. Ferguson is a learning & development consultant, career development facilitator, trainer/speaker and certified educator with more than 20 years of professional experience. She has worked in corporate, secondary and higher education, and non-profit. Through her business, K-Ferg Training, she is living her passion of helping others align their purpose, passion, competencies and relevant action to yield meaningful results.

Kimberly is also a certified teacher of English and Online Technology, and taught at an Alternative High School for several years... not because she didn't have a choice... but because it is what she wanted to do. She left a corporate job to work there... and made major changes and improvements to the program --- including the implementation of a successful Career Development initiative.

Kimberly is the author of Marketing You: Be STRATEGIC. In 2016, this book hit the Amazon.com Best Seller Lists in two categories in the US and in Canada. She is a regular contributor to The Trenton 365 Show with Jacque Howard on Stellar-Award Winning Radio Station, WIMG, and has also appeared on The Doctor Oz Show.

Kimberly was a 2016 BOSS Network Influencer, and has had the pleasure to speak at TD Jakes MegaFest in Dallas, SAGE Summit in Chicago, The National BOSS INFLUENCER Event in Chicago, and write content that has appeared in BlackEnterprise.com and the Forbes Coaches Council Expert Panel on Forbes.com.

In addition, Kimberly has spoken at a number of regional and national conferences including the Association of Women Inventors and Entrepreneurs (AOWIE) Conference, Professional Retail Store Maintenance Association (PRSM) National Conference, College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR) Regional Conference in Massachusetts, KiddiePreneur Live Event in NJ, Up Rising Stars Inc. Scholarship Gala, and the National Association of Catering and Events Conference in Baltimore Maryland (just to name a few).

Kimberly hosted The Strategic Minds Show, an empowerment series that aired on WBTVN and had the opportunity to interview a number of influential entrepreneurs and media personalities.
