• Program Assistant -- We are looking for (1) program assistant who can manage training programming calendars; confirm appointments; enter data into systems/spreadsheets; communicate effectively via email and phone with our corporate clients and program participants; and perform other program administrative tasks with minimal supervision. 20-25 hours per month from home.  Occasional work in office/client site. Great opportunity to learn the business, while making additional income.

• Training Facilitators -- We are looking for (2) experienced training facilitators who can develop and facilitate interactive, engaging, and information-packed training sessions. The projects for which we are seeking facilitators are NJ, NY, and PA. The facilitators must be willing to follow the K-Ferg model/structure in their sessions.

• Learning Management System Consultants  -- We are looking for e-learning consultants with experience in LMS implementation and support.  Consultants should have experience in LatitudeLearning and Cornerstone.

• Curriculum Developer -- If you have experience developing effective training curricula, we would like to hear from you. We are looking for a curriculum developer to assist in the creation and development  of learning modules for two different projects.
