I Love My Job!

As a learning and development consultant, my weeks vary. I get the opportunity to participate in projects, deliver consulting solutions, provide 1-on-1 coaching, develop curricula, provide keynotes, join panel discussions, and of course, TRAIN! This week, the consulting life had me at NFI in Moreno Valley, CA. I had a great time co-facilitating training with Kristi McLaughlin. We spent a week in Moreno Valley -- delivering a Supervisor training and a train-the-trainer program, as well as participating in team-building activities. NFI is one of my favorite clients! Their Leadership has such great vision, invests in its talent, and is truly committed to development! Participants always welcome K-Ferg openly, and make me feel like a part of their team!
