The Strategic Minds Growth Group

The Strategic Minds Growth Group is a 4-month coaching series aimed at helping you raise the bar in 2018: grow professionally, meet your goals, and achieve MORE in The Strategic Minds Growth Group.

What is The Strategic Minds Growth Group? It's a group of like-minded business professionals who are ready to take the steps to achieve more in their lives. Through monthly training sessions, coaching, networking and partnerships, participants will work together to toward success.  


How will we do this? The program is only $50 per month (or $200 for all for months)  and includes the following: 


1.  Meet-ups: Each month, we will host 2 hour in-person meet-ups that will include the following:

  • Monthly Growth Learning: The growth learning is a 40-minute training session covering each of the following topics:

    • Building Your Brand

    • Communicating to Win

    • Relationship Building (Internal/External Clients)

    • Getting it Done:

      • Taking initiative --- Getting ahead of issues

      • Creative Problem-Solving

      • Setting Expectations ( Under Promise – Over Deliver)

      • Power of flexibility

  • Goal Setting & Action-Planning: At each meet-up, we will dedicate time to helping you set meaningful, realistic goals; and the actions you can take to achieve them. We will discuss your progress, and suggestions on ways that you can get closer to that goal.

  • Support System/Networking: At each meet-up, we’ll dedicate time to talk about you and your businesses, and ways we can help each other

  • Meet-up Dates: 4/19, 5/17, 6/21, 7/19


2.  Accountability Partnerships: At the beginning of the growth group, participants will be assigned accountability partnerships. Each set of partners is responsible for checking in with each other weekly to ensure that the partners are on course for reaching their goal for the month.


3.  Hotline/ Monthly Check-in Calls: In addition to the accountability calls, you’ll have a monthly check-in call with Kimberly A. Ferguson 


4.  Online community/content: You will have online access to relevant content, assignments, and additional resources.





What are my transportation options for getting to and from the event? 

The in-person Meet-up is conveniently located at 111 Town Square Place in Jersey City. The building offers easy access to the entire tri-state transportation system:

  • Just one subway stop from Manhattan via the PATH

  • Only 20 minutes from the Newark Airport

  • Secure parking is available in the parking facility directly across the street

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No. We will have a list of registrants at the event. Simply present your picture ID.


Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
